About Our Products
All of our products are made in the USA. We work closely with our manufacturers to regarding quality and production times.
About Custom Designs
All the items on the site are custom made to order. Because all customer information varies in amount of characters, the final product you receive may vary in appearance in terms of letter and word spacing or layout. We have years of design experience and make every effort to keep items as shown. Trust our good judgment to make your product as gorgeous as possible!
Colors, Screen vs. Print
We do our best to accurately represent the colors you see on the site to what you'll receive on our products. Please note that colors will appear differently monitor to monitor and printed products can also have slight differences. We use Pantone color matching system for CYMK and RGB printed products to ensure we are as accurate as possible.
Order Errors
We are checkers and double checkers when it comes to the accuracy of your order. If for any reason we make an error from the information you've provided, we will redo your order to it's original specifications.
Proofs
Proofs are a great way to be sure you'll know exactly how it will look before your product(s) arrive. We offer proofs for just $6 per total order. If you order 10 items, all will be proofed for just $6. It's a great investment in peace of mind. You will be emailed a proof within 72 hours of purchase. Please be available to approve or offer revisions in a timely manner.
Changes/Cancellations
We work quickly and often orders are processed in hours. If you have placed an order (without a proof) and need to change information or cancel, please contact us immediately. If your order has not gone into production, we will gladly accommodate your needs.
International Shipping
We love our international customers! Please note tarrifs and taxes are not implemented by Babyjewels, but federal government policies that are beyond our control. Please expect additional monies to be collected at the time of delivery to pay for government taxes and tarrifs. Orders shipping overseas will be done by USPS.
Status of an Order
Orders typically takes 2-5 days or so to customize the designs to your specifications. If you've requested a proof, please promptly proof and approve/request corrections, as to not delay your order.
We ship each product out directly from its manufacturer, rather than collecting your entire order for a shipping hub and delaying your delivery time. You can expect Ink and Fondant Stamps and Embossers to ship together; Fabric Decals, Custom Wrapping Paper and Calling Cards will each ship separately. All items typically ship within 7 days of proof approval or being placed into production. The exception is Calling Cards which can take 1-3 weeks to ship.
Wholesale Accounts
We offer wholesale pricing for qualified retailers and wedding professionals. Please contact us for more information and have a valid tax id. We looking forward to working with you.
